Sales Consultant – Real Estate (Mallacoota, East Gippsland)

Coast to Country Real Estate recently launched in East Gippsland with the philosophy of ‘independence, honesty and integrity in real estate’. We are now searching for a Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The role is to be based in Mallacoota and will service Mallacoota and surrounding areas.

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

  • The necessary formal qualifications to work as a Licensed Estate Agent or an Agents’ Representative in Victoria
  • Experience working in the real estate industry in Australia
  • Currently residing in (or willing to relocate to) the Mallacoota region
  • A good knowledge of the Victorian property market
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to adapt to new technology
  • Excellent time management skills

Property Manager – Real Estate (Part-Time Role)

Coast to Country Real Estate recently launched in East Gippsland with the philosophy of ‘independence, honesty and integrity in real estate’. Our team is growing and we are now searching for a Property Manager to expand our property management service. This is a new role to be based in the Bairnsdale-Lakes Entrance region of East Gippsland.
To be successful in this role you will require the following:

• The necessary formal qualifications to work as a Licensed Real Estate Agent or an Agents’ Representative in Victoria
• Experience working in property management in Australia
• A good knowledge of the East Gippsland property market
• A Victorian driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent computer skills
• The desire and ability to adapt to new technology
• The ability to develop new business

Cloud-based highly automated technology allows much of this role to be completed from home, hence the role could suit someone returning to the workforce or with young children at home.
